Our Philosophy

 

We believe that whenever you, as the dentist, do not have a tool in your hand, you are losing money.
What does that mean?
It means that the long range plan for your practice should not include you or your team of dentists doing your practice’s marketing. This responsibility should be handled by your support staff, whenever possible.

With Dental Marketing Boot Camp, it is our goal to help you create a system that generated leads, nurtures leads into clients, and converts those leads into brand ambassadors.

Studies show, that if you can utilize a staff member from your practice to do your marketing, you will be more successful and profitable in the long run. Which Team Members Will Get the Most Value from DMBC?

 

Office Manager

As you well know, office managers have a very busy job, and they are vital to the success of your practice. We also know that they commonly know the practice better than anybody else. That knowledge is critical when it comes to marketing your practice. Most office managers are not trained in marketing, and that is one of the many reasons why we created DMBC. Through this training, we can teach those individuals how to generate more patient leads consistently and effectively.

 

Support Staff

Your support staff may not be the office manager, but they commonly have the free time and willingness to learn marketing. Ideally, they already know your practice inside and out. A support staff member typically has more free time than an office manager does, which makes them the perfect candidate for DMBC, because, while we do believe that marketing is simple, we don’t believe that it is easy. It is our goal for practices to get more value out of their support staff members. And the best way to do that is for them to be driving new patient opportunities.

 

Dentist

Above we mentioned that we believe that you, the dentist, should not be the one doing the marketing unless that you absolutely have to. However, there are certain practices where the dentist may be the best fit for DMBC.
We understand that, for many of you, your practice is your baby. Often, we recommend that you and one of your employees joins the class so everyone is on the same page. Then, you can be confident in what your employee is doing and can ultimately phase out of the day-to-day marketing activities and just focus on your patients and practice.
