Who is teaching the course?
  • Chris Carr, the president of Farotech, with 17 years of experience and Holly Cline, Senior Account Manager, who has been with the team for over 4 years. To learn more about your instructors, click here.
How is the course structured?
  • On Day 1, the course is structured in 1 hours time slots, with 40 minutes of training and 20 minutes of breakout sessions. There are breaks after every hour. During the group breakout sessions, you can workshop answers to your specific marketing problems.
  • On Day 2, we focus most of our time and energy on application. We will workshop solutions for your practice by applying the skills you learned on day 1, and create a roadmap for your marketing plan to utilize when you go back to your practice.

Will I be receiving materials to bring back to my practice?
  • Yes. You will be receiving a workbook that outlines all of the material we have discussed in the course, along with homework to take what you have learned to the next level.
Are there payment plans?
  • If you choose the Marketing Expert Package, payments are broken down into a 50% at registration (online) and the other 50% will be billed to your card 48 hours before the Advanced Techniques & Innovations class. If you have any questions, please contact payment@dentalmarketingbootcamp.net.

Do I have to take the Essentials class to be in the Advanced Techniques & Innovations class?
  • The Essentials class is not required but strongly recommended, prior to the Advanced Techniques & Innovations class. In the Essentials class, you will develop a vocabulary and understanding that we will not spend much time reviewing in the Advanced Techniques & Innovations class.
Are transportation and hotel costs included?
  • No, but we can provide you with excellent recommendations for where to stay and which restaurants to go to. Lunch and a small breakfast for all days of the course will be provided.
How long is the course?
  • Both courses have the same structure.
  • Day 1: 9-5 Lunch will be provided
  • Day 2: 9-12:30 with the opportunity to stay after and receive personalized attention
Are there refunds? What happens if I can no longer attend my scheduled class?
  • We’d be more than happy to switch the dates of your class, but there are no refunds. You may switch classes with a 48-hour notice.
Is there group pricing?
Where should I park?
  • Ample parking is available at the fire station across the street and in the Spring Mill Lot. If you are having trouble finding parking, call (267) 387-6620
Can I arrive by train?
  • Yes. If you are arriving by train, you will get off at the Spring Mill Train station. Our building is directly across the street. For directions by train click here.
Are both days of Boot Camp mandatory?
  • Yes. Attending both days of Boot Camp it vital to your success. However, if you have to miss a day, you can arrange for a make up course for the day you missed. NOTE: this is based upon availability on the make up day.
What are the dates for the Essentials course?
  • The Essentials course will take place on May 17th-18th, June 14th-15th, and June 28th-29th
What are the dates for the Advanced Techniques & Innovations course?
  • The Advanced Techniques & Innovations course will take place July 12th-13th and July 26th-27th
